Production Process of Stainless Steel/Iron Frame/Aluminum Frame Mirror

The manufacturing process of metal frame of Zhangzhou Tengte Living Co., Ltd. has 29 main processes, involving 5 production departments. The following is a detailed introduction to the manufacturing process:

Hardware Department:

.Cutting: iron or stainless steel raw materials will be straightened and cut according to the size.
.Punching: Punching holes for each strip segment with equal distance precision.
.Welding: welding different metal strips into different shapes such as round, square, oval, shaped, etc.
.Grinding: Grind off the bumps and unevenness of the frame left by the welding.
.Brushing: Let the surface of the hardware richer in brushed texture.
.Polishing: Polishing the surface of the welded metal frame to make it more shiny and smooth without grooves.
.Electroplating: The process of plating a thin layer of other metals or alloys on a metal surface by electrolysis.
.Bending: The straight metal section bent into an arc, right angle and other shapes.
.Quality inspection: The perfect semi-finished products will be handed over to the next process.

Painting Department:

.Hand polishing: Hand polish the metal frame, remove the groove, so that the frame is flat and smooth.
.Cleaning: Manual scrubbing of the metal frame, to remove dust and impurities.
.Primer spraying: Spray the frame with a transparent primer to enhance adhesion and improve the function of anti-rust.
.Drying: The metal frame with based primer will be hung on the dryer and dried at a high temperature of 200 degrees to make the primer perfectly attached to the surface of the frame.
.Secondary grinding: Carry out secondary manual grinding on the dried metal frame to smooth out grooves and wrinkles.
.Topcoat spraying: Spray topcoat to the metal surface to prevent metal oxidation and corrosion, increase the aesthetic of the product.
.Secondary quality inspection: The perfect semi-finished products will be handed over to the next process.

 Glass Department:

.Mirror cutting: The machine precisely cuts the mirror into various shapes.
.Edge grinding: Machine and hand grinding to remove the edges of the mirror corner, and the hand will not scratch when holding.
.Cleaning and drying: While cleaning the glass, dry the glass at the same time to make the mirror clean and bright.
.Manual grinding of small glass: Special small glass needs to be polished manually to remove edges and corners.

Packaging Division:

.Frame assembly: Install screws evenly to fix the backplane.
.Mirror pasting: Squeeze the glass glue evenly on the backplane, so that the mirror is close to the back plate, then paste firmly, and the distance between the glass and the edge of the frame is even.
.Screws and hooks locking: Install hooks according to the mold size. Generally, we will install 4 hooks. Customers can choose to hang the mirror horizontally or vertically according to their preferences.
.Clean the mirror surface, label it, and pack it into bags: Use professional glass cleaner to scrub the glass without leaving any stains to ensure that the mirror surface is absolutely clean; affix a custom-made label on the back of the frame; wrap it in a plastic bag to avoid glass sticky dust during transportation.
.Packing: 6 sides are protected with polycarbonate, plus a customized thickened carton to ensure that the mirror the customer received is in good condition.
.Finished product inspection: After the production of a batch of orders is completed, the quality inspector selects products randomly for all-around inspection. as long as there are defects, all rework to the relevant departments to ensure that the products 100% qualified.
.Drop test: After the packing is finished, make a drop test on it in all directions and without a dead angle. Only when the glass is intact, and the frame is not deformed can the test drop pass, and the product is considered qualified.
