I am Hero Chen from beyond BA, and the topic of my speech today is "Mission".

Before I learned the business philosophy of Inamori, work was just a tool for me to make a living, and I thought more about how much money I could earn with technology. How can I make life better for my family?

Hardware department from the beginning of two or three people, to now more than 20 people! I was stressed. I'm no longer thinking about how much money can I make? But how to better arrange work, how to control product quality, how to improve work efficiency and so on. These are the things I need to think about every day.

In April 2021, the company officially introduced the management philosophy of Daosheng, and I feel honored as the first group of members sent to study in Wuxi. The company's free training and attention, I am deeply grateful. But as a straight techies man, I refuse to spend time doing one good deed a day, feeling that it's a waste of time and doesn't really matter. I just want to put more thought into product development and production technology. Qiu has talked to me about these problems more than once. At that time, there was still no way to accept! In the past three years, faced with the crisis of the mask era, many factories were on the verge of closing down, but our staff was increasing and the business volume was rising. I feel that the foundation of a company's development is how critical. If we want to be the one who is indestructible, we must keep pace with The Times, constantly charging and learning in order to create the spirit of carrying. If we refuse to innovate, we will be eliminated by the society.

When Amoeba was training, the teacher said that it was difficult to do one good deed a day at first, and more difficult to persist. Over the years, through the continuous consolidation and guidance of General Qiu, the development of the company is relatively stable. I can clearly feel that through philosophy, the cooperation between colleagues in the department is becoming more and more tacit. In the past, when I encountered difficulties, I would argue and dodge. Now we're all going to head up and figure out how to solve this problem.

The scope of the responsibilities of the factory director is very broad, need to do the role of connecting the preceding and the following, need to coordinate the work of various departments. At present, I still focus on the hardware department, without taking the initiative to span and care about other departments. At the same time, I will have disputes and frictions with my partners because of different opinions in my work. I will seriously summarize and reflect on the above problems, and please include them. Of course, I am especially glad to have such a group of altruistic family members. The heads of the various departments have arranged the work of their own departments very well. Be able to deal with difficulties as soon as possible. Colleagues in the department have always put their best state and most positive energy into their work. I would like to especially thank the young generation of the production management department for sharing the work pressure of production management for me. For example, production planning, management meeting data coordination, etc., so that I can be more focused on leading the small partners of the hardware department.

To err makes perfect, as long as there is perseverance, the iron pestle can also be ground into a needle. After continuous operational verification, the data has been adjusted, and the process that can be completed only with the cooperation of two people has been independently operated by one person, and the work efficiency has been increased by 50% compared with the previous one, and the defective products have been greatly reduced.

I think people's ability is not born, but from the life and practice of repeated tempering inspired out, each of us has their own mission, in their position to do their job, do their part of the work at the same time, but also to provide more help for others, why not? I firmly believe that there is no perfect individual, only a perfect team.
